If you’re a fan of Ghostbusters and haven’t yet played Ghostbusters: The Video Game, now is your chance to get the game at no charge.
It’s going to be one of Epic’s free games of the week from October 29 to November 5, 2020. Epic is a platform, like Steam, for downloading and playing games on your computer.
If you don’t know anything about Ghostbusters: The Video Game Remastered, it’s basically a story that some feel is Ghostbusters 3. At least it was until Ghostbusters: Afterlife was announced. That said, this adventure features voice work from many members of the original cast, including Annie Potts, Harold Ramis, Dan Aykroyd, Bill Murray, and Ernie Hudson.
It’s one of my favorite video games, and one of my all-time favorite Ghostbusters video games, without question. I am still hopeful for a sequel some day, or another game that plays the same way. Something more open-world, with ongoing calls with ghosts to bust from throughout the Ghostbusters mythos would be fantastic.
Thanks to The Terminator Fans for the heads up!
