The 90s was the era of Extreme. It felt like everything was going Extreme, from sports to video games to coloring books and crayons. I’m kidding about those last ones, but I do remember Crayola releasing something like “extreme colors” at the time, and they are still available today!
Today, Illfonic shared a screenshot from an upcoming DLC pack for Ghostbusters: Spirits Unleashed, showing the Extreme Ghostbusters version of the PKE Meter!
I’m expecting them to show preview images of more shells from Extreme Ghostbusters as we get closer to the release of the next DLC pack. This will include the Proton Pack, Thrower, and Ghost Trap.
There’s currently no announced release date for this DLC, but given that the first pack dropped on February 1, I expect the second pack around May 1, 2023, which is only a couple of weeks away…
New Level Hinted?
Not only that, but the background of the image is not familiar to me… could this be a hint at a new level? If anyone recognizes this background from someplace in the game that we’ve already seen, comment below.
That said, if it IS new, it looks almost like a courtroom or something similar. Not really sure… but I like the atmosphere.
