When I saw this announcement, the first question I had was: Is this going to be Ghostbusters World 2? Well, it’s not, nor is it an app for your mobile device. It’s a pretty fun diversion with some ghostbusting mechanics that are very similar to those in Ghostbusters World. I’ve gotta say, I’ve been missing Ghostbusters World since the game was shut down in August, and while this isn’t the same, it’s definitely helped a bit. I wonder if they had been planning on running this promotion with Ghostbusters World but when it became clear promo wouldn’t be able to happen the same way, they might have gone to work building this experience.
