Prepare for Ghostbusters: Spirits Unleashed with a custom Ghostbusters Xbox controller

To celebrate the release of Ghostbusters: Spirits Unleashed, Illfonic has been running a contest in which you can win a Proton Pack. There will be 2 winners for the grand-prize. Plus, 10 first-place winners will receive a custom-designed Ghostbusters controller for their Xbox. And finally, 50 winners will receive a $25 Xbox promotional gift card. To enter the giveaway, you need to find the following screen and watch the video. The giveaway is open to those located within the United States.

According to the official rules of the contest (which I could only find by selecting the “OFFICIAL RULES” link on the Xbox), it listed the value of the Proton Pack as being around $70. It’s been a couple of weeks since I looked, but I believe the Proton Pack you’d win is the one from Spirit Halloween.

I took a look at the controller and thought I would see if I could make one for myself with the Xbox Design Lab, and I think I got it right. I’m excited to play Ghostbusters: Spirits Unleashed with this new controller!

Settings for Your Own Ghostbusters Xbox Controller

Here are the settings to use to get one that looks close to, if not identical to, the one they are giving away. These custom controllers are available at Xbox Design Lab. Obviously, feel free to deviate from my choices however you’d like. I guessed on the back and trigger colors, since the picture on the contest didn’t let me spin the controller around.
